  • Orders are subject to acceptance.
  • Payment options include UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other gateways available at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
  • Failed payments may result in order cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer flat rate shipping of â‚ą150 per order across India.
  • International orders may be charged approximately â‚ą1700, subject to delivery partner pricing at the time of order.
  • Orders are processed within 4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–8 working days post dispatch.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email upon shipment.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once dispatched.

6. Exchange-Only Policy

  • We offer exchange only, initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Returns and refunds are not supported.
  • To be eligible for exchange:
    • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging
    • Valid proof of purchase is required

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting support.
  • If dispatched, cancellation is not possible—however, exchange eligibility remains per our policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on merasal.store—text, images, graphics—is our property or licensed to us.
Reproduction or reuse outside personal, non-commercial use requires permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:
